The goal of this course is to aquaint the student with the theoretical
and practical issues involved in doing univariate and multivariate
spectral analysis of signals obtained in oceanographic contexts. Additional
topics include bispectral analysis, directional spectral estimates from
array measurements, and introductions to wavelet transforms and principal
component analysis.
